The number of individuals and families experiencing homelessness has increased dramatically over the course of the last twelve months. We’ve witnessed individuals who once had a zeal for life lose momentum because of extraordinary circumstances to include a lack of access to affordable housing, temporary resources as well as living wage jobs.  Home at Last seeks to mitigate many of these atrocities through a continuum of care program geared at lifting those who’ve fallen or been extradited based on circumstances beyond their immediate control.
